Frequently Asked Questions

GETTING READY FOR A TENT DELIVERY AND SETUP

  • We encourage you to send us photos of the setup site, as well as any special considerations for access to your site.

  • Be sure to obtain any required local permits and schedule any required inspections. Permits and inspections are different for each town or municipality.

  • Please ensure vehicle-ready, direct truck access to delivery point and/or setup point is available. Advise us immediately of any concerns or special circumstances. Additional fees may apply for unplanned delays.

  • Ensure no utilities or infrastructure are buried or obstructing the tent installation area, including a 7’ parameter around your tent. Make a free appointment with Dig Safe (dial 811) several weeks before your event.

  • Make sure the area is free of all debris, obstacles, and obstructions.

WHO WILL SET UP AND TEAR DOWN?

  • TENT: We will set up your tent as part of your rental. 

  • TABLES & CHAIRS: We offer set up and tear down services for a nominal charge.

    • Be sure to schedule table and chair setup ahead to ensure have enough staff on hand.

    • Submit diagram (can be a very rough diagram!) of your event layout to orders@ezwayrental.com. 

DELIVERY INSPECTION

  • Please inspect (and test when applicable) your items upon delivery. Advise of any issues, questions or concerns.

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

  • Initially, we will schedule delivery within a 2-day window. As the event approaches, we will identify a 3 hour delivery window.

  • We normally deliver Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. During busy seasons, we may extend these hours. We prefer to deliver a day or more in advance of your event.

  • Exceptions occasionally occur due to weather conditions or unforeseen site issues. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE READY FOR PICK UP?

  • Rinse all glass, china, silverware, etc. If you are unable to rinse, please advise in advance.

  • Stack tables and chairs in one spot, protected from moisture.

  • Remove all personal items from under and around the tent.

  • We normally prefer to pick up within two days after your event. Weather and other circumstances occasionally cause a delay in pickup.
